Talascend has just expanded its team in London by hiring two experienced recruiters. Peter Alleyne and Shane Makin have worked in engineering recruitment for ten and three years respectively. Peter specialises in the construction and civil engineering sectors, principally rail and highways, where he typically places candidates with salaries ranging from £40K-£150K. Shane has focused on electrical, controls and instrumentation skill sets, working across sectors.
