Talascend manages a range of human resource businesses worldwide serving the engineering, construction and manufacturing sectors, including market leaders in recruiting, vendor management programs and outsourced staffing solutions.

The Talascend Global Training Academy is engaged in the recruiting and re-training of designers and engineers from declining business segments and putting them to work for existing clients where demand is high and qualified talent is hard to find.

The Academy currently provides experienced designers and engineers from the automotive industry with access to new opportunities, primarily in the oil & gas, power, rail, heavy agriculture, aerospace, and petrochemicals industries. The Academy works with some of the industry’s leading employers to develop effective training programs that provide our graduates with real avenues into new sectors and our client partners with the staff they need to fill urgent vacancies on active projects.
