In 2008, in our first year of entering, we were awarded position 36 in the Sunday Times Top 100 list for small companies (50 – 249 employees). The Sunday Times publishes the well-regarded list to recognise companies nationally that have created the best working environment for their employees. The rankings are decided by employee survey results carried out in partnership with the Best Companies Accreditation program. |

Best Companies 2008 & 2009

We have been awarded the coveted star status both in 2008 and 2009 by the Best Companies Accreditation program. This is an annual reference guide that offers unbiased and independent information on some of the UK’s best workplaces to job seekers and graduates. The review process includes a survey on the organization but at least 90% of the company score comes from employee surveys which are sent out to the whole UK business. These surveys are based on 8 key factors; leadership, my manager, personal growth, wellbeing, my team, giving something back, my company and finally, fair deal. |

Recruitment International Top 100 List 2008

| We were named in the Recruitment International Top 100 List 2008 and received position 6 on the top 10 Engineering Recruitment Firms. It is a guide to the UK recruitment industry and contains information on over 250 companies with an annual turnover in excess of £10 million each. | |

| We were shortlisted for the London & South East Awards 2008 in the category of ‘Best Training and Career Development Programme’. We have had a training and development programme in place for many years now that assists employees with learning either externally or in-house. | |

We were shortlisted in early 2009 for the Best Engineering Recruitment Firm Award by Recruiter Magazine. These awards are to reward recruitment companies that have shown excellence through the year in a specific category. We had to give evidence of where we had gone the extra mile for our clients and candidates and also the innovations that we had brought to the sector throughout the year. |
